Ordering & Delivery
We currently deliver to most Bristol postcodes, including BS1-BS11, BS13-16, and BS34. You can
check if we deliver to your address by entering your postcode on our homepage.
We charge a flat delivery fee of £3.99 per order. If you use our "Order Bundling" feature to
buy from multiple shops in the same order, you still only pay one delivery fee!
Orders placed before 3pm are typically delivered the same day between 5pm and 9pm. Orders
placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day.
Returns & Refunds
Most items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Perishable goods
like food and flowers cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Refunds & Returns
Policy for full details.
