At Hyperspace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a marketplace connecting you to local independent merchants, we work with our partners to ensure a fair and transparent returns process.

1. Return Policy Overview

Most items purchased on Hyperspace can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Because you are buying from independent local shops, some specific return policies may vary slightly by merchant. Please check the specific merchant's page for any special return conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items typically cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, underwear)
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Opened software or media

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Hyperspace account to find your Order Number.
  2. Email us at support@shophyperspace.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will respond with further instructions and next steps.

4. Return Shipping

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping is free. Please email support@shophyperspace.com to arrange the return.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. In some cases, we can arrange a local collection for a small fee deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once the merchant has received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, colour, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
